Job Description

As a Production Technician, you will manufacture life-saving pharmaceuticals, including antibiotics and chemotherapy. You will support all aspects of cleanroom production, ensuring strict compliance with our Manufacturing License and Quality Systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Manufacturing: Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products following SOPs
  • Labelling & Dispensing: Label all products according to exact specifications
  • Cleanroom Operations: Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques
  • Sanitisation: Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards
  • Monitoring: Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning
  • Environment: Comfortable working on your feet while wearing specialized cleanroom PPE/gowns

Requirements

  • GMP Knowledge: Essential understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (or equivalent hygiene/safety standards from other industries)
  • Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • Skills: High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Values: A strong sense of compassion, understanding our products go directly to vulnerable patients

Nice to have

  • Prior knowledge of aseptic compounding techniques
  • An understanding of cleanroom requirements, behaviors, and activities
