You will be manufacturing life-saving antibiotics and chemo-therapy products that are sent directly to patients in their homes and hospitals all over the world. Working in a cleanroom environment in specialised personal protective equipment, you will use specialised computers and manually manufacture the nutrition products. Therefore, you must be comfortable wearing PPE. Training & Development: Full Training Provided: No prior pharmaceutical experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, step-by-step training on all equipment, safety protocols, and compounding processes. Formal Sign-Off: You will receive full technical sign-off as you master each process, helping you safely build a long-term career in pharmaceuticals.
Job Responsibility
Manufacturing: Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products following SOPs
Labelling & Dispensing: Label all products according to exact specifications
Cleanroom Operations: Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques
Sanitisation: Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards
Monitoring: Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning
Environment: Comfortable working on your feet while wearing specialized cleanroom PPE/gowns
Requirements
Essential understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (or equivalent hygiene/safety standards from other industries) is desired but not essential
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
