Production Technician – Print Services

• Follow work instructions and production job tickets to produce accurate print work
• Execute booklet binding and coil binding
• Perform pharmaceutical folds, double parallel folds, and half folds
• Perform cutting, padding, lamination, and shrink wrapping
• Balance and prioritize workflow to maximize efficiency
• Ensure all printed materials meet required specifications and quality standards
• Verify print output format aligns with established procedures
• Maintain compliance with production standards and procedures
• Recommend workflow or process improvements when appropriate

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in the digital print industry
• Knowledge of sheet-fed and digital print production processes
• Experience operating printing press and finishing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

SAP knowledge preferred
