Job Description

This is a hands-on, high-level production role focused on building products consistently, accurately, and in line with established processes. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting efficient production throughput. The position requires strong electromechanical assembly experience, with a focus on precision and adherence to procedures rather than complex engineering diagnostics.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out repetitive but skilled electromechanical assembly and testing
  • Perform SMT and through-hole soldering, including PCB rework
  • Follow work instructions, build procedures, and quality standards
  • Undertake basic electrical fault finding (e.g. wiring issues, connector faults, simple PCB-level symptoms)
  • Support production throughput and ensure consistent build quality
  • Work closely with Production Leads and escalate complex faults to the Engineering team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in electromechanical assembly or a similar production role
  • Confident with SMT/through-hole soldering and PCB handling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
  • Able to follow technical instructions and processes accurately
  • Basic electrical fault-finding capability
  • A reliable team player with a proactive attitude
