Production Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our Thetford Manufacturing plant within our operational team. With a high emphasis on visible Leadership, accountability and building a real team ethos, this role is ideal for anyone looking to make a difference in our quest to deliver products timely and accurately. The daily responsibilities of the Team Leader is to ensure and drive manufacturing activities to ensure that they are aligned to the commercial business requirements by close collaboration with supply planning, engineering, quality and warehouse/logistics and pack teams on site. This role is rotating shifts, Monday-Sunday between 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00 which is 42 hours per week. This could look like 3 days on, 4 off, 2 nights on, 3 off etc.
