Job Description:

As a Production Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in leading a pharmaceutical production environment while supporting employees to achieve their NDIS goals. You’ll ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and foster a safe, collaborative team culture.

Job Responsibility:

Motivate and mentor a diverse workforce, promoting safety and compliance with WHS policies
Supervise and guide supported employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial outcomes
Ensure production meets customer expectations for quality and delivery timeframes
Monitor operations, adjust processes, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice standards
Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in collaboration with Employment Coaches

Requirements:

Reliability and a positive attitude
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Ability to solve problems on the run and understand urgency in a production environment
Technical skills or willingness to learn
A genuine commitment to Endeavour Foundation’s purpose and values
Previous experience in a production environment
Ability to obtain required checks: Working with Children (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check, and an open Driver’s Licence
