Job Description:

As a Production Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—guiding production team members to achieve their vocational goals while ensuring commercial success. With empathy and leadership, you’ll create a safe, inclusive, and productive environment where everyone can thrive. Located at our Kippa-Ring site, you will work within the Kippa-Ring production facility supporting day-to-day operations. The site specialises in metal fabrication and e-waste dismantling, and an ideal applicant will have experience in production, or assembly-line environments. A current forklift licence is crucial for this role.

Job Responsibility:

Inspire and mentor a diverse team, championing a strong safety culture and WHS compliance
Support employees to meet their NDIS goals and contribute meaningfully to production outcomes
Foster a collaborative, respectful workplace with positive behaviour support
Provide hands-on training and collaborate with Employment Coaches to support participant development
Ensure production targets are met with excellence in quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
Monitor operations and adapt processes to maintain high standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in a production environment with strong coordination and delegation skills
Background in disability support is highly valued
Clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal
A genuine passion for inclusion, purpose-driven work, and empathetic leadership
Willingness to obtain required checks: Blue Card, Yellow Card, National Criminal History Check, and a valid Driver’s License
