Production team leader

Known internally as a Production Team Leader in our Warwick site, you will play a vital role in enhancing the vocational opportunities of our employees while ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved. With your natural ability to lead with empathy, you will oversee and guide employees that we support, to meet their employment goals, ensuring their work aligns with their skills, aspirations, and NDIS plans while delivering exceptional production outcomes. In this role you will be operating Truck and Forklift and be accompanied on trips for collection with a supported employee.
