Job Description:

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR SEVERAL PRODUCTION TEAM LEADS FOR PERMANENT POSITIONS IN RIGAUD! We have openings on both the day and evening shift! Our client is experiencing growth and is looking to expand their management teams! If you don't have management experience but have always wanted to move up in a company, now is your chance! If you have production experience, have no problem getting your hands dirty on the production line, and are interested in leading a team of production staff, apply now!

Job Responsibility:

Must have good math skills for product calculations (math test required)
Ensure production line rolls smoothly
Ensure quality products are up to standard
Be willing to work on the production line with staff members
Delegate tasks to production line staff
Calculate and verify the amount of materials needed for production
Inform and alert his supervisor on the difficulties encountered (technical, personnel, products, etc.)

Requirements:

Have good math skills
Have experience working in production
Have an interest in working in management
Ability to work in cold or hot environment, and around food
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs
Ability to work on their feet all day
Ability to travel to Rigaud

Nice to have:

No management experience needed

What we offer:

Competitive salary: $26/h
$6000/year evening prime
40h/week guaranteed
Day and evening shift available (Monday-Friday 6am-3pm or 3:30pm-11:30pm)
