Job Description:
Provide L2/L3 support during live trading hours for Equity Cash, Equity Derivatives, and currency derivatives segments. Monitor trading platforms and ensure smooth operation across Cash, F&O, Currency. Handle real-time incidents, order issues, price dissemination problems, and application outages. Support and troubleshoot CTCL, FIX, and Exchange Gateways. Coordinate with network and trading support teams. Manage Exchange IPs, Netted IPs, Multicast IPs, Ports, and SFTP connectivity. Support market data feeds, TBT, and Bhav copy downloads. Support applications such as ECM, EDS, RMS, Clearing & Settlement, Trading Operations, and Surveillance systems. Perform BOD/EOD activities. Monitor batch jobs, file transfers, and report generation. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports. Support DC–DR drills, switchover activities, and business continuity planning. Coordinate planned exchange upgrades and mock trading sessions. Perform basic troubleshooting on Linux/Unix servers. Execute SQL queries on SQL for validations and checks. Coordinate with application vendors, Network, System, and Security teams. Support system audits, IS audits, and exchange inspections. On-call support during critical market or regulatory events.
