Job Description:

Full Time Technology Analyst Program is a 2-year program starting in July with robust training. The Production Support team maintains and optimizes critical live production systems, ensuring their health, stability, and peak performance. Analysts use problem solving and technical skills to quickly resolve issues and work as the bridge between technology and business.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain and optimize critical live production systems
Ensure health, stability, and peak performance of production systems
Quickly resolve issues that impact Citi's reputation or profits
Act as bridge between technology and business
Coordinate with technology partners to monitor end-to-end application environment
Hands-on incident and problem management
Enhance monitoring and alerting systems
Develop innovative tooling and automation
Master Linux/Unix
Develop database expertise
Build automation with Python
Work with application servers and web technologies
Strengthen networking knowledge
Use monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos and Grafana
Gain exposure to cloud and containerization (Kubernetes)

Requirements:

Graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degree
GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred
Will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
Problem solver who thrives on innovation and enjoys tackling challenges head-on
Possess a global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones
Excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work well within diverse teams
Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises
Must be collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills
Prior experience working on agile teams is desirable
