Job Description:

As the Production Team Leader in a 2-shift system, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of your team. You will ensure that production runs efficiently, processes are optimized, and safety is maintained. You will play a crucial role in achieving production goals and contribute to the ongoing development of the team.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the production team during different shifts
Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe work environment
Optimize production processes and propose improvements
Monitor production efficiency and report results
Address technical issues and guide recovery actions
Coach and develop team members, both technically and personally
Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuous production

Requirements:

Higher technical profile, preferably in metalworking or process industry
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within production
Strong communication and team coaching skills
Problem-solving ability and a hands-on, proactive approach
Technical insight and experience with production processes
Ability to motivate and optimize team performance
Excellent English (ability to write technical reports)
Fluent in Dutch is required
Willing to work in a 2-shift system
Independent transport to the workplace, including during winter months
