As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead by example as you foster and engage in a culture of standards that promotes the highest level of safety and quality throughout our processes. Coach and develop a team of technicians who will work across functions to ensure top-notch equipment performance throughout the operation day. Job Responsibility:
Monitor and ensure development of team through progression plan adherence
Oversee performance of team including coaching, issuing corrective actions, issuing recognition, recommending promotions, and monitoring full associate life cycle
Coach and develop staff on continuous improvement efforts, TPM, and leadership skills
Collaborate with cross functional factory leadership team to ensure end-to-end performance success
Coordinate work schedules, overtime, and Permits to Work
Utilize problem-solving and tools available to reduce equipment downtime
Lead projects focused on performance improvement, factory goals, and personal development including sponsorship of continuous improvement efforts within the facility
Deliver key performance indicators within assigned area of responsibility in the factory including operational efficiency, downtime, and staffing utilization
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment
