Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead by example as you foster and engage in a culture of standards that promotes the highest level of safety and quality throughout our processes. Coach and develop a team of technicians who will work across functions to ensure top-notch equipment performance throughout the operation day. Oversee your team’s career development as you help them achieve performance goals in their area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment
