Job Description:

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead by example as you foster and engage in a culture of standards that promotes the highest level of safety and quality throughout our processes. Coach and develop a team of technicians who will work across functions to ensure top-notch equipment performance throughout the operation day. Oversee your team’s career development as you help them achieve performance goals in their area of responsibility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate work schedules, overtime, and Permits to Work
  • Utilize problem-solving to reduce equipment downtime
  • Lead projects focused on performance improvement and factory goals
  • Deliver key performance indicators including operational efficiency, downtime, and staffing utilization

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment
