Job Responsibility:
Coordinate daily manpower and resource allocation to ensure all assembly targets are met efficiently
Mentor staff and facilitate shift meetings to ensure seamless communication
Monitor equipment performance and production schedules to resolve any bottlenecks in the Mississauga facility
Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards by educating employees on plant protocols and conducting regular audits
Manage administrative duties, including accurate time-tracking, attendance reporting, and the documentation of quality metrics
Requirements:
Minimum of four years of leadership experience as a Production Supervisor or in a comparable management capacity
At least four years of specialized experience within the automotive/aerospace industry, specifically operating in a JIT environment
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Applied Science, Operations, or a related field of study
Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing for procedure manuals and the application of foundational mathematics
Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds within a loud industrial setting
Nice to have:
Possession of a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
