As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of Warehouse Associates (25-28) to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diplomas or GED required
  • additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays to support warehouse operations
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, climb and sit at times in the warehouse
