As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of Warehouse Associates (25-28) to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. You will be responsible for driving performance, delivering results, and meeting or exceeding defined goals. You will cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment. Associates will work in different temp zones including refrigerated (25 to 35°F) and freezer (-20°F). Must have flexibility to working 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team of Warehouse Associates (25-28) to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Drive performance, deliver results, and meet or exceed defined goals
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates
  • Set clear, achievable performance goals using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness
  • Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback
  • Inspire individual growth and career development
  • Recognize and celebrate outstanding performance
  • Lead by example in creating and reinforcing a safety-first culture
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Hold the team accountable for maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diplomas or GED required
  • additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays to support warehouse operations
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently
