The production supervisor will support the facility manager by leading and directing a team of employees in a company that supplies off-the-road tires, wheels, and assemblies and offers a Foam-Fill Exchange Program for the region. This role oversees daily floor operations to meet goals in safety, service, quality, and cost within a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibility
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations

Balance team resources to support production needs
Oversee front line supervisory responsibilities for hourly employees
Requirements
High school degree or equivalent education experience
2-4 years of related experience
3+ years of Manufacturing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
