Job Description:

As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee all production lines, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. From scheduling to quality control, your role will be essential in driving production output, managing teams, and keeping things on track.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage daily activities for all production lines
Optimize production flow
Quality assurance
Solve production issues
Maintain documentation
Enforce safety protocols
Manage supplies

Requirements:

A diploma or degree in a related field
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented
Hands-on approach
