Job Responsibility:
Ownership & Accountability to ensure work is properly delegated and deadlines are met
Sustainable line performance acc. to BP25 targets (IDC, NUrel & Productivity)
Coordinates all activities necessary to fulfill the production schedule by line per shift
Manufactures products by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring workflow
Support on release production plan (Heiijunkas) according with capacities and available shifts
Take the lead of multifunctional team to reach the KPI’s (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)
Supports in the headcount planning according with production volume forecast
Generate enough transparency in the production (e.g. through data collection at line, DRS, yellow card), to support problem solving by MFE5, MFQ5, MFP5
Assure communication among shifts and a proper overlapping between shift-change
Ensure that assigned personnel have the training and certifications according the CPtM
Bottleneck management & proper usage of RTCT
Personnel management & proper usage of Digital Productivity Tool
Continuously improve through PDCA for productivity, Utilization, Overtime, turnover, absenteeism
Promote and support Safety, Quality and Environment Plant goals
Adherence, Coordination & Continuous Improvement for invetory material (Partials, Material, Pre-ECU, WIP)
Follow up & support on all activities releated with Leveling
