Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of Warehouse Associates (25-28) to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. You will be responsible for driving performance, delivering results, and meeting or exceeding defined goals. You will cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment. Associates will work in different temp zones including refrigerated (25 to 35°F) and freezer (-20°F). Work schedule: Sunday-Thursday 12PM Start. Must be able to work all temp zones.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates

Requirements

  • High school diplomas or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years of formal leadership experience for teams of 10 or more
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage a team
  • Experience conducting structured monthly check-ins and on-the-floor observations
  • Experience developing and tracking action plans for team members
  • Ability to delegate effectively and manage change
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays to support warehouse operations
