Basic computer, reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Food Safe is an asset, however in-house Food Safe training will be provided
Ability to multi-task while being a contributing member of the team
Shift work, including weekend shifts, with flexibility to adjust as coverage is needed

Job Responsibility

Follow all Workplace Safety procedures
Follow all Food Safety Program procedures
Production Management team support for daily duties, ensuring the execution of all production, safety, and food safety requirements
Ensure strict Quality Control of all ingredients, products and packaging
Organize, direct and coach line worker staff to develop efficient production practices
Ensure all Plant Paperwork is accurately and fully completed for production, packaging, sanitation, and all aspects of the OKFD Food Safety Program
Ensure safe work practices are performed by all staff
Provide line coverage when lunches or other duties are a priority for Line Worker staff to achieve daily goals
All other duties as assigned
