The employer is a 90-year-old family-owned business in food production. The plant is based in Southern EU. The selected candidate reports directly to the Operations Manager. Management level working week is of 45-hrs.
Job Responsibility:
Running the Production Department on a day-to-day basis
Motivating and leading the Production Team to achieve desired quality and efficiency
Following the production cycle from preparation of raw materials to filling, packaging, and product storage
Ensuring proper documentation and company procedures are followed
Organizing daily meetings to update key team members
Co-ordinating and implementing changes or improvements decided by the company
Overseeing that company objectives and goals are achieved
Ensuring company policies and procedures including Product Safety, Management Systems and Health & Safety are followed
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a food manufacturing environment
