Responsible for supporting event managers in executing event production and logistics from start of event (load in) to finish (load-out). Function as facility liaison to promoters and clients. Help facilitate all day of show aspects of events -- concerts, also community & corporate events, family shows, and sporting events.

Work with event managers to understand expectations of a successful event
serve as facility liaison to promoters and clients
Execute event needs based on event manager, or promoter and client requests
Work with SEIU, IATSE 107, and 784 union crew members and contractors to ensure satisfactory work and compliance with ASM Global standards as directed while ensuring adherence to contractual agreements, CBAs, and OSHA and any other applicable safety codes
Assist security with credentialing and guest access
Facilitate interdepartmental communication and organization
Assists department and organization with various projects and special assignments
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3-6 years' experience in medium to large scale music venues, Arenas, Stadiums or concert touring
Previous event experience and/or production experiencing involving event setup and load-out, audio, video, lighting, rigging, or previous sport events experience involving event field setup, crowd control, broadcast and game operations and entertainment
Ability to create strong relationships and work independently or as a part of a team
Provide outstanding customer service
Read and interpret documents, procedure manuals, floor plans, assignment sheets, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
Demonstrate basic knowledge related to areas of event set up, tear down & Requisition Conversions
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative
Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results for multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
Maintain an effective and professional working relationship with clients, employees, patrons, tenants, and others
Implement and follow all policies/procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules, regulations, and emergency procedures

Possess any licenses, certificates or training required by company, local, state, or national authorities for the operation of the equipment found in the facility

Basic computer knowledge and the ability to operate Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and other standard office equipment
