Production Specialist - Vertical Repair

A required Production Specialist perform perform insertion, inspection, lapping, washing, probe marking, gold plating, reshaping and checking of documents. Responsible for Set up and operate the lapping machine, OPUS Prober and equipment according to standard operating procedures. Must adapt to work environments with changing machinery (Manual and auto lapping machine), processes (Assembly, Lapping, Washing, Gold Plating, Reshaping and inspections) and tasks given. Ability to read and interpret documents, manuals, and schematics. (Example. Assembly map, Runsheet, Procedures). Know how to perform Tweaking and basic in PRVX. Responsible to perform mapping of defects and tweaking of pins with precisions Know how to interprets diagrams and basic drawings.
