Job Description

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Production Shift Team Lead, within our Dundee manufacturing site. The Shift Team Lead will be responsible for leading and developing the shift operations team, to manage equipment, materials and processes, delivering production targets safely and in compliance with SOPs, GMP, Quality, and Health & Safety standards, ensuring team members are trained and competent. Contribute to site KPIs as part of the management team while driving continuous improvement and supporting business transformation objectives.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Relevant Production experience in a GMP environment
  • Manufacturing pharmaceutical background desirable, but not essential
  • Proven track record in leading both small and large multi-disciplined teams
  • Lean management, Six Sigma experience desirable but not essential
