Job Description:

Responsible for controlling production and packaging through efficient use of resources, achieving KPIs such as Safety, Quality, Order and Cleanliness (5S), Costs (tools and waste), and Efficiency (OEE). Ensure compliance and improvement of work systems (UMS), implement projects and action plans to maintain or improve indicators based on loss analysis. Maintain a positive work environment with trained and committed personnel, respecting SHE standards, GMPs, HACCP and Unilever Hygienic Engineering Standard.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement safety strategies based on Unilever FWS, review risk analyses periodically, identify and correct unsafe conditions, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions
  • Manage shopfloor production in rotating shift operation as per production schedules optimize resources (people, materials, maintenance), and guarantee process efficiency (OEE)
  • Administer human resources: selection, task assignment, performance evaluation, training, and capability development to reduce waste and ensure competitive costs
  • Collaborate in UMS pillar implementation and category projects (workshops, trials, innovations)
  • Manage material wastage in process operation, execute savings projects
  • Monitor productivity indicators (OEE, waste, NC, OR, audits) and create action plans for negative trends
  • Drive Efficiency in Process plant Change Over, Optimize batch cycle time, lead water and energy efficiency improvement projects
  • Comply with legal, international, and Unilever standards for Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical)
  • Minimum 1~2 years in manufacturing preferably in FMCG, Process/Chemical Industry
