Production Scheduling Manager

As our Production Scheduling Manager, you are the heartbeat of short-term execution within the Singapore manufacturing site. Your core responsibility is to ensure that production plans are fully aligned to site capacity, labour, and asset readiness—translating demand signals into a plan we can confidently make. You lead the frozen-to-short-term scheduling window (typically 0–6 weeks), ensuring that production schedules are feasible, achievable, and synchronized with material availability, equipment uptime, and shift patterns. You work closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply planning, and order management teams to create capacity-led plans that enable our site to deliver on time in full, with confidence. You’ll lead a team of production scheduler, while embedding best practices, driving visualisation and exception management, and building a culture of proactive readiness and ownership.
