Job Description:

Reporting to the Content Production team, you will participate in the coordination and monitoring of the production of digital content for e-commerce, for the Prestige and Consumer Beauty divisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organization and planning of shoots
  • Participate in the coordination of photo and video shoots (briefs, moodboards, etc.)
  • Manage the shooting schedule and ensure that the delivery of content to brands and markets is met on time
  • Check the availability of products before shoots (orders, preparation, shipping)
  • Supervise the management of product stocks allocated to shoots, in conjunction with the internal teams
  • Content creation supervision
  • Contribute to the writing of creative briefs, in close collaboration with the digital, marketing and design teams
  • Participate in post-production shooting (retouching, back and forth, validation with brands)
  • Contribute to the creation of toolkits for the launches of the Prestige & Consumer Beauty divisions
  • Monitoring and reporting
  • Follow up on ongoing projects, from preparation to final delivery
  • Participate in debriefing meetings to analyze the results and identify areas for improvement
  • Write meeting minutes
  • Update the database of content created (portfolio, presentations, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Master's student (Bac +4/5) in a school of communication, marketing or university
  • A first experience in content production or in a communication/marketing department (in an agency or with an advertiser) is desired
  • Good command of project organization, attention to detail and ability to manage several missions simultaneously
  • Strong interest in the world of digital, visual content and e-commerce
