Job Description:

The production prep will gather, weigh, and mix large quantities of ingredients for cooks while ensuring accurate measurements and proper labeling of partials for restocking. This role supports production operations in a cold, climate-controlled environment and requires attention to detail and basic math skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather, weigh, and mix large quantities of ingredients for cooks
  • Weigh and properly label partials for restocking
  • Ensure the accuracy of raw materials through basic reading and math computations
  • Operate equipment such as a pallet jack, immersion blender, pneumatic can opener, slurry tank, and meat grinder
  • Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team and plant production managers
  • Work in a cold, climate-controlled environment
  • Perform repetitive lifting of 30 to 50 pounds
