Job Responsibility

  • Fulfilling customer orders by preparing production plans for three shifts using leveling
  • Analyzing the execution of production plans
  • Analyzing short- and long-term customer demand in terms of production capacity, taking into account high demand variability and a wide product portfolio
  • Daily monitoring of KPIs (DIH, Delivery Performance, Sales, etc.)
  • Creating production orders in the SAP system
  • Preparing reports and tools to improve department efficiency

Requirements

  • Higher education (minimum bachelor’s degree) in production management, logistics, IT, or programming
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
  • Very good knowledge of production planning tools (PPDS, Lean, advanced Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Good command of English enabling fluent communication

  • Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to determine personnel or materials requirements or material priorities.
  • Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with Centralized Planning Specialists and Operations team.
  • Maintain manual forecast to generate supply base requirements for accessory items.
  • Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
  • Ensure parts are coded and routed to meet implementation dates of new products.
  • Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, on-time delivery misses, short shipments, or reallocations, so that status reports can be completed.
  • Analyze and track on time delivery misses, short shipments, and reallocations. Lead countermeasure activities.
  • Develop and maintain a close partnership with Materials, Sourcing, Engineering, Distribution, Production, Customer Service and Centralized Planning Specialists.
