Requirements

  • Make sure all planning parameters are well maintained
  • Ensure all responsible MRP action messages are reviewed and executed timely
  • In the event of spot buy, need to follow with Purchasing Dept. for order confirmation and delivery schedule
  • Follow with suppliers and forwarders for order confirmation and exact pick-up and or shipping dates
  • Maintain the MRP system via communicated result from suppliers and/or forwarders
  • Raise P&RR as a service complain system to suppliers and/or forwarders
  • Take lead to solve the receipt discrepancy with Warehouse and suppliers and/or forwarders
  • Make sure suppliers and forwarders are paid according to agreed payment terms
  • Work with warehouse to maintain the implemented WMS systems
