Join our team in Davenport, IA as a highly communicative Production Planning & Scheduling Coordinator. This pivotal role supports the day-to-day delivery appointments and product supply activities essential to our factory's operation. As a key member of our production planning team, you’ll ensure the smooth flow of materials and accurate execution of production schedules.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide support in planning processes for dry production, including entering information about available packaging supplies, substitutions, and incoming supplies
  • Build and maintain bill of materials, master recipes, and production versions to ensure uninterrupted production. Accurately convert planned production orders into process orders and maintain various databases and spreadsheets
  • Update and save production schedules. Run transactions for the production process and create process orders for repacks, reworks, rebundles, transformations, and stickering projects
  • Support the Packaging Coordinator with daily tasks and process claims for defective packaging supplies
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and seamless communication across teams

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative office experience
