You will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and effective communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and procure materials required for production and secondary processes
Coordinate and manage outsourced processes, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution
Prepare and monitor production documentation to ensure completion and accuracy
Liaise with internal teams to track production progress and maintain workflow efficiency
Monitor subcontractor supply, including material movement and outstanding purchase orders
Maintain and update purchase order records on a regular basis
Update customer portals with order and production status
Prepare and submit periodic reports, including inventory and outstanding orders
Communicate with customers and suppliers to align on delivery schedules and requirements
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
Experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
