Production Planner

• Create and manage detailed schedules for future maintenance inputs
• Ensure optimal resource allocation
• Proactively identify potential issues to maintain operational efficiency
• Forecasting, planning, and ensuring that resources, equipment, and personnel are available to meet project and operational requirements
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones
• Define project goals and objectives and update plans regularly
• Communicate plan changes
• Prepare risk management plans to identify potential challenges and mitigate risks proactively
• Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align plans with operational needs
• Identify all required resources (personnel, equipment, materials)
• Prepare performance and operational reports as required

• Experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Planner or in a different role within a Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance environment
• Strong knowledge of the aviation industry, including regulations
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency with IT systems that support planning, scheduling and/or project management
• Problem-solving mentality with the ability to think outside the box whilst maintaining adherence to regulatory procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organisation and with external customers and stakeholders
• Eligibility to hold a UK Security Clearance
