Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Planner to join a leading company dedicated to manufacturing and launching aerospace systems in Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for work order management , ensuring the Production team has clear, prioritised work and no build blockers. This role requires close interaction with Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to manage the production schedule, production lead times, yield management, and engineering build timelines.

  • Supply and fulfilment planning within MRP systems
  • Releasing work orders to Production
  • Issuing kit requests to Inventory
  • Creating visibility around material positions by generating line of balance, material shortage, and 'clear to build' reports
  • Maintaining accurate part master data within the MRP system for production parts
  • Supporting integration timelines by prioritizing and expediting subassemblies
  • Working as a strong player within a cross-functional team to achieve company-wide goals

Requirements:
