Production Planner

• Performs scheduling and work order management including material analysis for Production build schedule
• Supports inventory analytics and optimization
• Gathers and interprets relevant data (productivity, costs, supply patterns, etc.)
• Investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions with minimal direction
• Executes periodic performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders
• Provides analytical support for projects, continuous improvement, and cost savings
• Communicates fluidly in verbal and written forms to ensure cross functional stakeholders are informed of current and future planning activities
• Collaborates with other supply chain functions and regional partners to share and develop best practices
• Supports the development and implementation of analytical tools for reporting
• Other duties as required

• Intermediate SAP with knowledge of MRP, master data processes and practices, work order management in accordance to production scheduling
• Intermediate EXCEL, VBA, Application Programming Interface
• Intermediate analytical methods, regression analysis, statistical methods, predictive analytics
• Action oriented with continuous improvement focus and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Requires a BS in business administration, concentrated in the field of Operations and Supply Chain Management or Minimum 2-3 years Supply Chain or Operational experience with an emphasis on Production Planning/schedule and material optimization

Certification: CPIM or CSCP preferred
