Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent work experience
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Effective decision-making and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Adaptability to changing circumstances and demands
Critical thinking to foresee and avoid potential issues
Ability to devise innovative solutions to achieve desired results within deadlines
