Job Responsibility

  • Following the daily/weekly production plan and managing the team accordingly
  • Ensuring that production output meets KPIs in terms of quality, quantity, and loss
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Monitoring and analyzing detailed daily/weekly/monthly production records and loss reports
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities
  • Keeping up to date with technical developments
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Maintenance, or Food Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production facilities
  • Preferably experienced in LEAN and Six Sigma manufacturing tools
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Preferably experienced in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
  • Strong planning & organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about self-development
