Job Description:

A leading manufacturer in the defense sector is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient production, quality control, and equipment operation within a team-based manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform assembly, machining, and tool change tasks according to standard operating procedures
Conduct quality checks and machine resets as needed to maintain product standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S and safety practices
Follow written instructions, work orders, and standardized work documentation
Collaborate effectively with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals
Support continuous improvement initiatives and report any safety or quality concerns immediately

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
VantageClear Certification (or equivalent security certification) required
