Production Operator

• Complete production files and tracking logs in strict compliance with established guidelines
• Maintain the hygiene, cleanliness, and general order of manufacturing areas and workspaces
• Operate industrial manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure the proper functioning of production equipment throughout the entire night shift
• Perform basic mechanical adjustments on packaging equipment as needed
• Meticulously weigh and mix ingredients according to manufacturing recipes
• Perform powder hydration while respecting technical parameters
• Perform continuous thermal treatment and pasteurization of culture media
• Inoculate culture media and rigorously monitor the fermentation process
• Ensure product compliance with quality specifications while optimizing yields
• Perform weight checks on containers, as well as sealing and labeling of finished products
• Minimize and actively reduce raw material losses related to product manufacturing
• Perform daily handling of heavy loads weighing up to 25 kg

• Work experience of at least 1 year in industrial sanitation or cleaning
• College diploma (DEC/AEC) in food processing, a related Vocational Diploma (DEP), or equivalent relevant training
• Prior practical experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry (considered a major asset)
• Must own a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license
• Physical capacity required for the daily and repetitive handling of 25 kg loads
• Proficient in French and fluent in English
