Requirements

Work experience of at least 1 year in industrial sanitation or cleaning
College diploma (DEC/AEC) in food processing, a related Vocational Diploma (DEP), or equivalent relevant training
Prior practical experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry (considered a major asset)

Job Responsibility

Complete production files and tracking logs in strict compliance with established guidelines
Maintain the hygiene, cleanliness, and general order of manufacturing areas and workspaces
Operate industrial manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Ensure the proper functioning of production equipment throughout the entire night shift
Perform basic mechanical adjustments on packaging equipment as needed
Meticulously weigh and mix ingredients according to manufacturing recipes
Perform powder hydration while respecting technical parameters
Perform continuous thermal treatment and pasteurization of culture media
Inoculate culture media and rigorously monitor the fermentation process
Ensure product compliance with quality specifications while optimizing yields
