As an operator at Hellema, you play an indispensable role in the baking process. From fruit bars to spicy speculaas, everything passes through the production lines. Your specific workstation determines your daily tasks, ensuring plenty of variety. You might start at the mixing machines, where we blend the ingredients into a perfect dough. Working as a moulder is also an option. In this role, the machines are adjusted with extreme precision. This ensures that every cookie has exactly the right shape and size. A keen eye for the smallest details is constantly required. Continuous checks on the dough guarantee the highest quality. Together with the team, we ensure a delicious end product every day!
