The Production Operator I is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing electronic components used in medical, aerospace, and military applications. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to follow precise work instructions to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Operators work in a cleanroom-style, climate-controlled facility with consistent hours, opportunities for overtime, and room for advancement.
Job Responsibility:
Read and interpret detailed work instructions and production documentation
Assemble small and intricate components — often under a microscope
Inspect and test finished parts to verify quality and compliance
Record accurate production and inspection data
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
