Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of work experience
Consistently reliable attendance
Willingness to work a 2-2-3 schedule
At least one year experience in manufacturing preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills & ability to multi-task
Computer skills acquired through work experience
Improvement mindset
Problem solving/critical thinking abilities
Good oral and written communication skills
