Requirements
Manufacturing Experience: Industrial background in process work or production lines. Experience in raw processing, chemical mixing, grinding, or ceramics is highly preferred
Mechanical Aptitude: Proven ability to competently operate complex machinery such as kilns, presses, or material processing equipment
Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on quality, traceability, and adherence to technical batch card instructions
Work Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Compliance Ready: Willingness to undergo a National Police Check, and a specialized blood test for lead exposure
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks including lifting up to 20kg
