Job Description:

Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Production Operator - Weekend Days at our Fort Dodge, IA location.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating assembly, packing, and labelling equipment, performing in-process checks to ensure products are manufactured to a high quality
  • Maintaining a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness within the production area
  • Ensuring all equipment used is cleaned, calibrated, and lubricated between batches
  • Production batch documentation is completed accurately and in compliance to cGMP standards

Requirements:

  • Past production and/or manufacturing experience within a GMP facility
  • Ability to work weekend day shifts reliably & dependably
  • Have a good understanding of Health & Safety practices and a commitment to safety
  • At least 3 years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical / animal health, food or related industry is preferred
  • Great communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Support the maintenance team on a daily basis and act as technical resource

  • Provide the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair / preventive / predictive design-out activities on the organization’s plant and equipment
