Job Responsibility

Systems Operation: Lead the setup, operation, and shutdown of twin-screw compounding extruders, compaction, and pulverizing equipment
Quality Control: Perform lab testing on raw and finished materials
immediately segregate any product that doesn't meet our gold standard
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process issues to maintain a seamless flow in the production chain
Logistics & Support: Safely operate a forklift to move materials and assist with packaging lines and mixing equipment
Innovation: Collaborate with engineering teams on process development and automation for new products

Requirements
