Production Operator Night Shift

• Assembly/welding of parts in accordance with the process
• Achieve building requirements (parts per hour/shift)
• Ensure customers requirements are met on-time-in-full
• Operate machinery (welders, spin riveters, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Pack assemblies/parts to defined quantity and standards
• Maintain 5s/housekeeping standards
• Carry out quality and safety checks
• Complete all required documentation for accurate traceability

• Prefer completing work of a repetitive nature
• Work in an environment with detailed work instructions
• Ability to meet demanding targets
• Operate with a Right-First-Time (RFT) approach
• Ability to contribute to solving problems
• Work with safety in mind
• Be a team player with ability to influence other team members
• 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above including maths and english
• Qualifications in Engineering or Performing Manufacturing Operations would be advantageous
• Experience or demonstrable knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes
• Excellent attendance
