Job Responsibility

  • Responsible, in conjunction with the immediate supervisor, for shift safety, Quality and output in compliance with the requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Company policies
  • Deviations from standard procedures are reported to the immediate supervisor

Requirements

  • Achieve the desired level of competency as per the relevant training plan
  • Follow the reasonable instructions/guidance of the immediate supervisor
  • Ensure that all product is produced as per cGMP and conforms to the approved specification
  • Ensure consistent adherence to operating, quality and machine cleaning and safety procedures in production
  • Work in a co-ordinated and timely fashion to maximise the efficiency of equipment and other team members
  • Ensure routine On the Job Training and SOP Training are completed on time, as guided by Mastercontrol
  • Work positively with all PCI colleagues as One Team
  • Assist in all technical aspects and projects as and when required
