Job Description

Due to continued company growth, we are looking to recruit a Production Operative to join our friendly and hardworking production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established UK manufacturer producing high-quality components using modern equipment in a clean and professional working environment. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. This role would suit someone practical and hands-on, with a good eye for detail and basic experience using hand tools. It would particularly appeal to someone with an interest in mechanics, manufacturing, or engineering, or someone keen to develop new skills within a supportive small team environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate moulding machinery safely and efficiently
  • Trim and finish products to a high standard
  • Follow specification sheets and production instructions accurately
  • Maintain stock levels to support continuous production
  • Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe at all times
